The intended purposes of Ruan Willow reading an excerpt provided by the guest/interviewee is for advertising and promotion of both the guest’s/interviewee’s work and the podcast.

Media, Audio, Video, Text Release to be Broadcast on podcast apps worldwide and on any and all media platforms and websites associated with Ruan Willow at the Oh Fck Yeah with Ruan Willow Podcast and Pink Infinity Publishing LLC. Company is Pink Infinity Publishing LLC. Interviewee/guest is the podcast guest invited to be on the podcast by podcast host Ruan Willow.
For consideration which I (interviewee/guest) acknowledge, I consent to the audio recording and video recording of my interview with Ruan Willow and grant to Ruan Willow and Pink Infinity Publishing LLC (“Company”) and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors the right to copy, reproduce, broadcast, and use all or a portion of the recording (the “Interview” and any readings provided by the author/interviewee for Ruan Willow to narrate on the podcast) for any purpose whatsoever, including the use of any images provided to Ruan Willow by the guest/interviewee, any printed matter in conjunction therewith and further concede all rights to the produced media for potential future use in advertising, speeches, books, webpages, and all other forms of public distribution without remuneration and in perpetuity, unless otherwise specifically granted rights by Company. Sharing to advertise and promote the podcast on the interviewee’s/guest’s social media, with their email lists, and on their websites is both encouraged and appreciated, however. I grant Ruan Willow and Pink Infinity Publishing LLC the right to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the Interview, including any and all advertisements and promotion of the “interview” podcast episode and understand that I have the right to inspect or approve use of my Interview, and that it can be taken down/unpublished by request in writing sent to ruanwillow@gmail.com if interviewee/guest so chooses.
I release Ruan Willow Pink Infinity Publishing LLC Company and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Interview including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Interview. I understand that I am a guest on the podcast and agree that I am here voluntarily and of my own will.
Any images sent to ruanwillow@gmail.com by interviewee/guest will be used in the promotion of the podcast and podcast episode.
Company is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement. I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties. Address all concerns with the podcast host Ruan Willow.
